Important Notice Please review this Return Policy thoroughly before making a purchase. By completing your order, you agree to these terms without exception. No deviations from this policy will be permitted.
Returns Timeframe You are entitled to return eligible items within 14 days from the date you (or your designated recipient) receive the order. Once this 14-day period has expired, we regret that we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
Conditions for Return Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. For hygiene-sensitive products, the item must be properly cleaned before being returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Exclusions Due to hygiene and health regulations, certain categories of products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) underwear, lingerie, tights, socks, swimwear, and personal care or intimate items.
How to Start a Return To request a return, please email us at info@thewillowsisters-bozeman.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the reason for the return
- Photos of the item (especially if the return is due to damage or defect)
- Your full contact information
We will respond with confirmation and any further instructions promptly.
Refunds Refund Process After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the return is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original form of payment within 30 days of our approval notification.
Missing or Delayed Refunds If more than 30 days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please first verify your bank or payment account statements (processing times can vary by provider). If the refund still does not appear, please contact us at info@thewillowsisters-bozeman.com so we can investigate.
Costs Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly advise using a traceable shipping service (with tracking and proof of delivery), as we cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or delayed in transit.
Returns must be shipped to our designated address in China. Return shipping costs typically start from approximately €20 (or the equivalent in your local currency) and are entirely borne by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Exceptions Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If the product you receive is faulty, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Should the replacement item also be defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price (including any applicable shipping fees we charged, if relevant).
Order Cancellation Due to our automated processing system, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been successfully placed and payment confirmed.
